The Resort is a 55+ Senior Destination RV Community and all rates are based on no more than two occupants. ALL GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE, REGARDLESS OF LENGTH OF STAY
A deposit of $200.00 is required to hold a vacant space for one month or more. Deposits are, minus a $25.00 Bookkeeping Fee, refundable with a sixty (60) day written notice. Refunds for early departure will not be given for daily and weekly rates. Balance of remaining rent is due and payable with cash or check upon arrival.
